Terms & Conditions


Payment:  All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars and include GST.  A currency converter has been included on the site if you are based overseas.


Defects and returns: If you are unhappy with the goods you have received, please contact us within 21 days of the dispatch date to outline your concerns. We will contact you to discuss and agree the next steps - credit, replacement or refund.  To qualify for a refund, the items must be returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact and items unused.  It is your responsibility to pay for the items to be returned and obtain a certificate of posting.

If items are damaged in transit this should be notified to us immediately on receipt of the goods.  Please include a full description of the damage.  The items should be returned to us within 14 working days.  Replacement items will be sent at no cost, and freight costs for the returned damaged items will be reimbursed.

Pattern books and accessories may not be exchanged.  


Delivery:  A flat rate of $10 applies to all shipping.  We aim to dispatch your items within 2 working days of receipt of payment into our bank account.
